4. To Enter: Visit www.cmt.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTVN and complete all required fields on the online entry form. Entrants must also electronically acknowledge and agree to the terms of MTVN’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and submit the online entry form as instructed. All entries submitted in accordance with these Official Rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries“. Limit one (1) entry per entrant per day. If an entrant uses multiple e-mail addresses to submit more than one online entry only the first online entry will count. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a winning online entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to participate in the Sweepstakes at the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The authorized account subscriber is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries become the property of MTVN and will not be acknowledged or returned.

7. Grand Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive: (a) a trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest“) to Nashville, TN for use no later than February 28, 2010, but subject to change in Gaylord’s sole discretion. If Grand Prize Winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deems to be the allotted Guest. The trip for two (2) will include: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from an airport of Gaylord’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Gaylord) to Nashville, TN. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN, the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for his/her own transportation to Nashville, TN; (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations in the Nashville, TN at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one room, based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) two (2) tickets the General Jackson Showboat dinner cruise and show; (iv) Admission for two (2) at the Wildhorse Saloon; (v) two (2) VIP tickets to the Grand Ole Opry and backstage tour, collectively (the “Grand Prize” or “Grand Prizes“).
