Sponsor will conduct a national skill contest encouraging participants to share their family moments while enjoying a PB&J sandwich made with Welch’s Grape Jelly. To enter this Contest, participants may visit www.Foodnetwork.com/welchs , complete the online entry form in its entirety, and follow the online instructions to upload either i) a video showing their family sharing fun moments while making a PB&J sandwich with Welch’s Grape Jelly, or ii) a photograph of their family enjoying their PB&J creation made with Welch’s Grape Jelly, and describing (in 100 words or less) why it was the ultimate PB&J family moment

CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, 18 YEARS OR OLDER, AND SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO U.S. LAW. One (1) Prize Winner will receive a trip for four (4) persons to New York City. Trip includes the following: (i) round-trip coach class transportation for four (4) from the major airport nearest winner’s U.S. home; (ii) round-trip airport transfers from airport/hotel/airport; (iii) 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (2 rooms, double occupancy); (iv) one (1) dinner for four (4) persons at a Food Network Chef’s restaurant; (v) round-trip transportation from hotel/restaurant/hotel; (vi) tour of the Food Network Studios; vii) theater tickets to four (4) to a Broadway show; and viii) $5,000 spending money for the winner.
