Create an original recipe using Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA (”Recipe”) and take a photo of the prepared Recipe (”Photo”) (together “Entry”). Photos will not be judged. Recipe must include Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA as an ingredient. Recipes may not include any other brand name product or the trademark of any other manufacturer. Recipes that do not include the use of Crisco® Puritan® Canola Oil with Omega-3 DHA or that do not include a recipe name will be disqualified.

You may submit your Entry one of two ways: 1) By Mail – Starting 01/04/09, on a piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper, legibly hand-print or type your Recipe. On the back of the paper, legibly hand-print or type your name, complete address, daytime phone number and date of birth. Mail your Entry in a standard, #10 business-size envelope to: Crisco® Live Smart, Cook Smarter Contest, P.O. Box 8529, Prospect Hts., IL 60070. Entries must be postmarked by 03/31/09 and received by 04/07/09. 2) Online – starting at 12:00 AM ET on 01/04/09 go to www.crisco.com and follow the on-screen directions to submit your Entry.

The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., 18 years of age or older, and ends on 3/31/09.
