This sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, and ends on January 31, 2009.  Limit: One entry per person and per e-mail address during the Promotion Period.

There will be (1) one Grande Prize winner. The prize is (2) two coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the US to New York City , (1) one standard hotel room (double occupancy) for (2) two nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor, ground transportation to/from the NYC airport, $2,000 spending money to be spent at “best” shoe stores in NYC, a “shoe-itinerary” will be provided for the winner which includes a list of shoe stores in New York City, and (2) two spa pedicures.
