Go to www.libman.com or www.nbc.com and look for the Sweepstakes entry form, complete and submit the entry form as directed prior to 4:59 PM Central Time on June 30, 2008 and you will be entered. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address on either site.

One Grand Prize: A three day, two night trip for two to Burbank, CA to attend a taping of the NBC soap opera, Days of Our Lives, and to meet with some of the cast members, pending availability. Also, the winner will get a hair and face makeover prior to an informal photo shoot at NBC Studios.
