Slim Fast is giving away Grand Prizes (12 – 1 per month) towards a new wardrobe go to slim-fast.com to enter. Sweepstakes open to legal US residents 18 years of age and older. Limit one entry per person per email address per month, limit one Grand Prize per person/email address/household. Sweepstakes ends December 31, 2008

To enter, visit www.slim-fast.com (“Site”) during the Sweepstakes Period, click on the Fashion Rewards button and sign up to be a Slim·Fast Fashion Rewards member and you will receive one entry into that month’s drawing. Each subsequent month, in order to receive an entry for that corresponding month only, you may log on the site and click the “Enter me for this month’s drawing” button. All online entries must be completed and submitted by each month’s end date (as indicated in the chart below), to be eligible for that drawing only. All online entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on December 31, 2008 to be eligible for the final drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address per month.
