FINISHERS’ SWEEPSTAKES All eligible participants who have submitted all three SELF Challenge monthly workout logs by 11:59 P.M. on September 22, 2008, will be entered into that month’s drawing for the Finishers’ Prize. One winner will be chosen each month from July through September. Each month’s winner will receive a treadmill courtesy of Michelob Ultra (ARV $3,000 each). Potential winners will be chosen in a random drawing on or around October 3, 2008.

Daily Prize Sweepstakes: Follow the link to the SELF Challenge and complete and submit the online registration form for a chance to win the prize offered that day. Limit: one entry per person and per e-mail address each day. Completing and submitting the online SELF Challenge registration form automatically submits an entry for you for the daily prize. If you are already registered for the 2008 SELF Challenge, you may earn an extra entry per day for the daily prize by updating your online food diary as well as by updating your online workout log.
