More Sweepstakes Tips
November 21st, 2007 . by SweepI wanted to take today and share with you a few more sweepstakes tips, then I’m off for a few days to celebrate the holidays with my family. To all of you who have stopped by and read this, have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
Now, on with the tips:
Look for sweepstakes with more stringent requirements, for example entries in block (capital) letters. These are harder to enter and more entries will be disqualified, so you should enter them more often since your correctly formatted entry will have a better chance of winning.
You can add a unique border to your postcard entries fairly easily with a pair of craft scissors or pinking shears. It might even help your entry stand out better if the winners are drawn by hand.
If a sweepstakes asks for your email address and you don’t have one, make sure to put that on the entry. Or, you can get a free email address from websites like Gmail or Yahoo.
If your like me and have children, get them to help. If they are older they can help with writing the entries and the younger kids can help you decorate postcards or envelopes.
